Delivery System:

      • Confirmation of payment is contingent upon the Payment Gateway used Stripe Payments.
      • An estimated payment completion period of 3~7 days should be considered.
      • Delivery time may vary based on the receiver's location and holidays.
      • Normal delivery time is within 3~7 days worldwide.
      • A tracking number will be provided for shipment tracking purposes.

Shipping Methods:

• • • • We offer shipping via FEDEX & UPS (for 0.5 KGs and above), and 100 KGs Via Sea Freight.
      • Rates are calculated based on weight and rates per kilogram using the EMS & DHL Fee Database.
      • For inquiries regarding shipping methods or alternative shipping options, please contact our customer service.

Product Refund and Exchange:

• • • • Refunds and exchanges are only applicable within 10 days after receiving the products.
      • Refunded items must be returned to IBRSONS within 20 days of receipt.
      • Products eligible for refund or exchange are subject to inspection by trained engineers to determine the cause.
      • To request a refund or exchange, please promptly contact customer service for assistance.
      • Upon approval of a refund request, the product price payment will be refunded 100%. However, consummated fees such as shipping, tax, and other service charges are non-refundable.
